What happens if a package is seized by customs?
In case of seizure we can only reship the products once free of charge to a new shipping address!
We don’t reship any orders in any cases to India, Malaysia, Vietnam and China.
These countries have very rough Customs which caused lower success rate of arrival so we can’t guarantee the delivery there, you can order at your own responsibility.

What payment methods do you accept?
Due to the nature of this business, payments are made in Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and USDC Polygon (MATIC). Polygon can be bought directly from the website with a debit or credit card, it is a simple, automatic process but with small additional costs, so now you can also pay by card.
How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship from Usa, Europe,Asia, Astralia.
America – 2-5 days.
Europe – 2-5 days.
Australia – 2-5 days.
Rest of the world – 5-15 days.
How do I change my shipping address?
Login to your account, find your order and if it wasn’t shipped yet when you can edit your shipping address. You can also contact us by opening a ticket and we will change the shipping address for you.
How do I track the status of my order?
You will get an email confirmation that your order is completed, the mail will include the tracking number with the link to the tracking page. Also you can track your order by viewing your order in your account.
I placed my order! When will it be shipped?
All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please accept our apologies for the shipping delay. Because of restrictions and regulations caused by “Pandemia” it takes longer than usual for the package to be shipped out. But definitely nothing for you to worry about, you’ll receive what you have paid for. Hope on your patience and understanding!
Domestic Orders:
The transit time for domestic orders (U.S.A) and Europe is 1-5 business days. When we dispatch an order we send you an email with the order’s shipping confirmation including its track and trace number.
International Orders:
For international orders shipping can take 5-15 business days. When the order gets shipped you will also receive an email confirmation with its tracking information if it is available.
